Choose the support that fits
A course takes a topic further in a structured sequence, with opportunities to reflect and practise between parts. A three-week course is an interactive experience with Madelaine. Explore what is happening and why, bring your own questions, practise between sessions, and return to discuss what you learned. Every course includes notes, take-home exercises and a resource pack suited to its topic.The delivery format and materials will be stated when a course is ready.
A webinar is a scheduled 60-minute online presentation on a named topic, with practical examples and time for your questions. Contact Madelaine for upcoming topics, dates and booking details.
A parent meeting or discussion is a live, interactive conversation around a shared theme. There is space to ask questions, reflect and practise words together. Groups can enquire about a session suited to their needs.
A private Parent Coaching session begins with one situation in your family and works towards words and responses you can try.

Little Readers Play Pack
Ages 3–6 · 5–15 minutes

Training for Schools and Organisations
Train the Teacher, Grow the Reader is a practical teacher-development programme for schools, preschools, learning centres and education organisations. It equips educators with repeatable classroom routines that support reading development without damaging a learner’s confidence. When Children Stop Reading offers practical ways to rebuild confidence and connection one page at a time.
Churches and Community Groups
Gentle Words Studio offers warm, practical parent talks and interactive sessions for church communities, parent groups and family-support organisations. Sessions can introduce the power of everyday language, connection before correction, emotional safety, reading confidence, or another topic suited to the group’s needs.
A session may be arranged for an in-person gathering or delivered virtually when bringing everyone together is difficult. Each presentation is designed to encourage reflection without blame and to give parents language they can use at home immediately.
